Environmentally friendly, non-hazardous water based cleaner degreaser with VCI corrosion inhibitors. Nitrite free, effective removal of soils, oils, soot, smoke and grease from metals and provides corrosion protection up to 30 days, indoors for multi-metals. Metals will be clean and shiny without any requirement for wiping.
Can be also be used in pressure washers, parts cleaning machines and spray applications with the addition of a small amount of de-foamer. Ideal for dip tanks, aircraft, oil platforms and metal cleaning processes. Use is 1 to 20% by volume in water depending on your application.
We have tremendous success using this as an additive to de-burring and burnishing machines @ 15% by volume to prevent corrosion on small metal parts. The use of this cleaner/corrosion inhibitor in these machines reduced rejects of small auto parts in densely packed packages from 80 percent to zero percent.
